Quick answers.
Anything else? Call us. A real person answers, day or night.
How long will I wait?
It depends on where you are and the time of day. We always give you an arrival time when you call.
Do you carry my tyre size?
[CONFIRM: sizes carried on the van] Tell us your tyre size when you call and we will confirm.
I am on a motorway. What should I do?
Move to the hard shoulder or an emergency area if you can, leave the vehicle by the passenger side, stand behind the barrier and then call us. If you are in danger, call 999 or 112 first.
Do you repair punctures too?
Yes, where the damage is in the repairable area and the tyre is safe. Otherwise we fit a new one.
